Hukny doesn't do anything on Threads on your behalf: it doesn't post, like, follow or send messages. We don't even ask Meta for permission to publish, so technically we can't. We only read public posts through the official search. Accounts get banned for spam, for example identical comments under dozens of posts. That's why every draft is different, mentions a detail from the specific post and contains no links. And you send it yourself, just like any normal comment.

Yes. Hukny works through Meta's official Threads API and only sees public posts that Threads search shows. We keep found posts for only 7, 30 or 90 days depending on your plan, we don't build profiles on people and we don't sell anyone's contacts. The author of any post can ask Hukny to stop showing their posts. The service is registered in Poland and follows the GDPR.

That's how the official API works: Threads search runs on behalf of a specific account, and Meta gives each account its own search limit. You sign in on Meta's page and grant two permissions: basic profile info and keyword search. We never see your password and have no access to your messages or posts. You can disconnect Hukny anytime in your dashboard or in your Threads settings.

Any city: you just type it in, and AI recognises it in the post in any spelling or word form (“Warszawa”, “Warsaw”, “Warschau”, or the Ukrainian and Russian forms). “Kraków” and “Krakow” are one city: it counts once toward your limit, and we search both spellings. Right now most posts from Ukrainian-speaking clients come from Poland, Ukraine and Germany. Ready-made phrase sets for all 61 niches cover posts in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and German, including surzhyk. You can add your own phrases in any language, English included.

Hukny checks for new posts every 15 minutes on Solo and once an hour on Free. Pro also checks every 15 minutes, plus every 5 minutes for 4 phrases across all your searches (fast lane). Threads itself also needs a little time before a post shows up in search. If you have a lot of searches and phrases, Hukny spaces checks out a bit to stay within Meta's daily limit, and your dashboard always shows how often a search is really checked. Every alert says how many minutes old the post is.

It happens, especially in smaller cities and narrow niches. That's exactly why the first week is free: in 7 days you see the real picture before you pay. If there are few finds, widening the search helps: nearby cities, Russian and Polish variants, broader phrases. And if Hukny finds fewer than 5 posts from people looking for a service in your first paid month, the next month is free (results guarantee), as long as you had an active search with Threads connected on at least 20 days.

It makes fewer mistakes than a word search, but it isn't perfect. So there are two safety nets. Doubtful posts don't disappear: they go to the “Maybe” tab in your dashboard, and you decide. And the “Relevant” and “Not relevant” buttons in every alert teach Hukny your criteria, so there's less noise every week.

A draft is based on what you wrote about yourself: area, prices, tone, your offer. It mentions a detail from the post, helps first, then briefly suggests you, without links or canned phrases. It really is a draft: you can tweak it in your own words before sending, and we recommend you do.

Threads search shows everything that contains the word: ads from providers, memes, job posts, “looking for models”, posts from other countries. And it doesn't watch for new posts while you work. Hukny searches for you with dozens of phrasings at once, filters out the noise, checks the city and sends to Telegram only what's worth replying to.

Yes. Each search is set up separately: its own phrases, cities and offer for the draft. Solo has 3 searches with up to 3 cities each, Pro has 10 searches with up to 10 cities each. For example: “Manicure Warsaw”, “Pedicure Warsaw”, “Manicure Kraków”.

Alerts currently come to Telegram, because that's where they're hardest to miss and a draft copies with one tap. Without Telegram, all your finds are in the dashboard on the website, on your phone too.

In your dashboard, in the plan and billing settings, in two clicks, or on the “Cancel subscription” page (the link is at the bottom of every page of the site). No e-mails or calls. You can give a reason, but you don't have to. Right after cancelling you see a confirmation with a reference number and date, and we also send it to Telegram and by e-mail. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to Free. Your searches and settings stay where they are.

Yes, for 1, 2 or 3 months, in the same plan and billing settings. Your paid period runs to the end, then payments stop, and after the pause your subscription resumes on its own at the same price, including the founding price. While paused, you're on the Free plan. You can end the pause anytime.

If Hukny finds fewer than 5 posts in your searches from people looking for a service during your first paid month, the next month is free. Condition: on at least 20 days of that month, you had at least one active search with Threads connected (we count the days on which at least one of your searches was actually checked). You don't need to ask: shortly before renewal we check it ourselves, move your next charge back by a month and let you know in Telegram. On an annual plan, your next yearly charge moves back by a month. Applies once per customer, to your first subscription only, and only if at the time of the check it is active: not cancelled and with no cancellation scheduled, not paused and with no pause scheduled, and with no unpaid invoice.

The first 100 payers keep their price for as long as their subscription runs without a break: if we ever raise prices, yours won't change. A pause doesn't cancel it. But if you cancel and later subscribe again, the price at that time applies. We show how many seats are left on the pricing page, based on the real number of payers; when none are left, the line simply disappears.

Nothing is lost. The payment goes through right away, and the remaining trial or gift days are added to your paid period: your next charge comes that many days later. Before you pay, we show exactly how many days will be added.

Paid periods are not refunded. That's why there are 7 days of Pro free with no card before you pay, and after paying the results guarantee applies: fewer than 5 finds in the first month - the next month is free, as long as you had an active search with Threads connected on at least 20 days. You can cancel anytime, your subscription runs until the end of the paid period and there are no new charges. We refund in three cases only: if you paid for a year and Hukny stops working because Meta shut down access to the Threads API, we refund the unused months; if we ourselves shut down the service, we refund the unused paid period; and whenever the law requires a refund. There are no other refund cases.

Yes: €11.99 for Solo and €23.99 for Pro per month is the final price, the same in every country. The tax is already inside the price, and the invoice from our payment partner Paddle shows it as a separate line. The invoice arrives by e-mail right after payment.

By Visa or Mastercard. The checkout may also offer PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your country and device. Payments are handled by our payment partner Paddle, which also e-mails you a VAT invoice right away. If you buy as a company or a sole trader (for example a Polish JDG), enter your details and tax number (NIP / VAT ID) at checkout, and the invoice will be issued to your business.

Hukny only works through Meta's official API, so we're upfront about this risk. A monthly subscription would simply stop renewing. If you paid for a year, we refund the pro-rata part for the months left after the service stops. This is written into the terms of use.

Most often, online payments abroad are switched off in the card settings, because the partner taking the payment is registered in another country. Switch them on in your banking app and try again, or pay with Apple Pay / Google Pay. Still not working? Write to us and we'll help.

We only store what Hukny needs to work: your settings and the posts it finds (text, link, time). Found posts are deleted automatically after 7, 30 or 90 days depending on your plan, and those marked “Not relevant” after a day. Post texts are processed by an AI provider under a data processing agreement, only to filter out noise and write drafts. You can delete your account and all data with one click in the settings.

Your account moves to Free on its own: 1 search, hourly checks, 5 drafts a month. Nothing is charged, because we never ask for your card. We'll remind you in Telegram 2 days before the end, so you have time to decide whether you need the speed of a paid plan.
