One new client pays for a whole month of Hukny

In your dashboard, in the plan and billing settings, in two clicks, or on the “Cancel subscription” page (the link is at the bottom of every page of the site). No e-mails or calls. You can give a reason, but you don't have to. Right after cancelling you see a confirmation with a reference number and date, and we also send it to Telegram and by e-mail. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to Free. Your searches and settings stay where they are.

Yes, for 1, 2 or 3 months, in the same plan and billing settings. Your paid period runs to the end, then payments stop, and after the pause your subscription resumes on its own at the same price, including the founding price. While paused, you're on the Free plan. You can end the pause anytime.

If Hukny finds fewer than 5 posts in your searches from people looking for a service during your first paid month, the next month is free. Condition: on at least 20 days of that month, you had at least one active search with Threads connected (we count the days on which at least one of your searches was actually checked). You don't need to ask: shortly before renewal we check it ourselves, move your next charge back by a month and let you know in Telegram. On an annual plan, your next yearly charge moves back by a month. Applies once per customer, to your first subscription only, and only if at the time of the check it is active: not cancelled and with no cancellation scheduled, not paused and with no pause scheduled, and with no unpaid invoice.

The first 100 payers keep their price for as long as their subscription runs without a break: if we ever raise prices, yours won't change. A pause doesn't cancel it. But if you cancel and later subscribe again, the price at that time applies. We show how many seats are left on the pricing page, based on the real number of payers; when none are left, the line simply disappears.

Nothing is lost. The payment goes through right away, and the remaining trial or gift days are added to your paid period: your next charge comes that many days later. Before you pay, we show exactly how many days will be added.

Paid periods are not refunded. That's why there are 7 days of Pro free with no card before you pay, and after paying the results guarantee applies: fewer than 5 finds in the first month - the next month is free, as long as you had an active search with Threads connected on at least 20 days. You can cancel anytime, your subscription runs until the end of the paid period and there are no new charges. We refund in three cases only: if you paid for a year and Hukny stops working because Meta shut down access to the Threads API, we refund the unused months; if we ourselves shut down the service, we refund the unused paid period; and whenever the law requires a refund. There are no other refund cases.

Yes: €11.99 for Solo and €23.99 for Pro per month is the final price, the same in every country. The tax is already inside the price, and the invoice from our payment partner Paddle shows it as a separate line. The invoice arrives by e-mail right after payment.

By Visa or Mastercard. The checkout may also offer PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your country and device. Payments are handled by our payment partner Paddle, which also e-mails you a VAT invoice right away. If you buy as a company or a sole trader (for example a Polish JDG), enter your details and tax number (NIP / VAT ID) at checkout, and the invoice will be issued to your business.

Hukny only works through Meta's official API, so we're upfront about this risk. A monthly subscription would simply stop renewing. If you paid for a year, we refund the pro-rata part for the months left after the service stops. This is written into the terms of use.

Most often, online payments abroad are switched off in the card settings, because the partner taking the payment is registered in another country. Switch them on in your banking app and try again, or pay with Apple Pay / Google Pay. Still not working? Write to us and we'll help.

Your account moves to Free on its own: 1 search, hourly checks, 5 drafts a month. Nothing is charged, because we never ask for your card. We'll remind you in Telegram 2 days before the end, so you have time to decide whether you need the speed of a paid plan.
