Cancel subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, no sign-in needed

Enter the e-mail of your Hukny account and press “Cancel subscription now”. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, with no new charges. Right after that you'll see a confirmation with a reference number and the time we received it. We process the notice within seconds, and the account owner gets a confirmation in Telegram and at the account e-mail.

Already signed in?

Open Settings -> Plan in your dashboard: you can cancel your subscription there or pause it for 1-3 months. A pause keeps your price.

What happens next

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to Free. Your searches and settings stay.
  • Change your mind before the period ends? Restore your subscription with one click in the dashboard or with the “Wasn't you? Undo it” link in the confirmation.
  • We review immediate cancellations for an important reason manually and reply within one business day.
  • Can't use the form? Write to hello@hukny.app from your account e-mail: such an e-mail also counts as a cancellation notice.
