Data deletion

Delete your account and all your data

  1. Sign in to your dashboard and open "Settings" - "Account".
  2. Click "Delete account" and confirm.
  3. We will delete your account, searches, finds and your Threads and Telegram connections. You will receive a confirmation code you can use to check the status of the deletion.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account. Payment records are kept by our payment partner Paddle for as long as tax law requires.

Disconnect Threads only

In your dashboard: "Settings" - "Threads" - "Disconnect". You can also choose to have all finds deleted straight away. Access can also be revoked in your Threads or Meta settings: Meta notifies us and we delete the related data.

Without access to your account

Write to hello@hukny.app from the e-mail address your account is registered with. We will delete your data within 30 days and let you know.
